Ice produced is quick and satisfactory! So glad I caught this ice machine on sale. Totally worth it. Very grateful to have ice as it’s heating up after summer.

Finally arrived and so far so good. Came extremely dented though. Wouldn’t repurchase or recommend. I’d return it but I don’t want to wait for another one to arrive. Shipping took way too long and when I realized that, I attempted to cancel but was denied because it was shipping. Still didn’t ship for a week after the request.

I bought this ice maker for my new office, which was lacking one. I recently started a new job and moved from working on campus in a major hospital to working in an offsite office building rented by the hospital, so I'm lacking some of the amenities I'm used to. Needless to say, I was desperately missing being able to pack my cup with ice, so I got the idea to order an ice maker to put in our kitchen. After a few on and off hours of searching Icemaker.us.com, I came across this beauty. It was on sale at a decent price, and to make things even better, there was a coupon too. This machine has more than exceeded my expectations! It's easy to use and it makes ice quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a compact, but well-working, ice maker!

Bought this in august 2023, by late December the mechanism that turns the bar to break off the nuggets was making a horrendous screeching noise and a couple days later it completely stopped making ice.
Guess I should’ve listened to the other reviews saying it was dead within 6 months of purchase.
It did make ice as advertised when it was working though.
