Ice maker has been great and is right in our living room. It gets continuous used for drinks and fill coolers. Low noise and also has that blue light that acts as a night light. Perfect for our household. After 3 months we had a issue with it and contacted customer support. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We will have this ice maker for years to come.

This ice maker is fantastic! It makes the first batch of ice once you turn it on in under 10 minutes, and continues to make another batch every few minutes from there. It's quite easy to use, just plug it in, fill the tub/bin, and push start. It is so much more efficient than using ice trays! The tub/bin is easy to clean, and includes a little stopper that can be opened up to clean it out which is a huge help to drain it.

My KitchenAid under counter ice maker began making ice continuously. I turned it off until all the ice melted. I then ran it through two cleaning cycles, hoping that this would correct the problem. Didn't help. I finally turned to YouTube videos and quickly learned what was ailing my expensive ice maker and how easy the fix was. I quickly received my temperature sensor from Icemaker.us.com. It took me a couple of minutes to replace the sensor and I was back in business. The ice maker has worked perfectly with this new sensor.

I purchased this machine in August 2015. It is now April 2016 and the ice machine has stopped making ice, it worked great at first but got progressively slower and now does not work at all. We have tried unplugging, resting, resetting, running vinegar though to clean the plumbing and nothing has helped. Buyer beware.

I absolutely love this ice maker it is the perfect size to put on your kitchen counter. So sleek. Very easy to use, makes a good amount of cubes. Has the choice of small or large. I love how it lights up and it makes the ice. Definitely worth the money. I am so pleased with it.
