Quickly makes a large zip lock full of ice and the ice doesn't melt immediately. Good small nugget size for drinks and i have used it everyday for 1.5 months so far.

I cannot use it myself personally because it will not make ice with distilled water. Not many are concerned with that so it's great for a public business or office setting. Easy to use repeatedly. I only rent 2 rooms out so in the Summer a busy office may need 2. Just a warning ⚠️

As a bar owner, this ice maker is a lifesaver! It produces plenty of ice quickly, which keeps my drinks cold without delays. A must-have for any busy establishment looking for reliable ice production!

Making a sound it didn’t when it was newer

Ice tastes great. Noise level is acceptable with good placement. It’s a bit slower than expected but I do like that we can hook up to the waterline directly. It does not have a refrigerator function so the more you use it the better it works. Overall I like it.
