I tried to cancel this icemaker but my husband told me to go on and give it a try. I never imagined being this disgusted. My daughter gets larger and better ice from her 39 TikTok ice maker. The ice maker is tiny. No, it is not compact, it is small. It cost almost 200 and I am considering sending it back. I am just disgusted with this item. I knew it was pricy but I did not think it was more of a toy. It looks like the companion to an Easy Bake Oven for a kid.

Our machine had randomly shut off 3x then floods the floor bc the drainage basket couldn’t keep up. Eventually, the pump stopped working. The customer service company did refund us fully. Not sure if this is always a common problem but if the pump didn’t break it would have been fine.

Update: The seller has reached out to me finally with options to refund or replace. I am working with them and am very happy they finally responded. I changed my rating to a 4 since I did like the ice maker in general just not the it broke part and no one responded until I gave a 1 star review. :o)

This was a really good Ice Maker until 5 weeks in(we order it on April 21, 2024 and received it on April 22nd) and it started making this awful squealing noise. Shutting it off for a few minutes seemed to work for a couple of days but after that it was pretty consistent and it started having these tiny bits of something black appear in the ice that it did manage to spit out. They seem to be bits of plastic because something internal broke. I contacted the seller around 2 weeks ago and have not heard a word back at all so here I am leaving a poor review on Icemaker.us.com for the first time ever. I recommend you not purchase this unit as apparently they don't care that you spend $180 on their product that doesn't work for longer than 6ish weeks.

This is the best addition to our kitchen gadgets. Big whiskey drinker. Nice to have restaurant grade spheres at your fingertips with little to no effort required. Unit looks good also. I like how you can set water up to it and a drain directly so it can just always automatically feed, but also nice to know you can just add water if a water line wasn’t close. Great addition, great spheres, great looking!!

Just received this ice maker and making the first batch of ice - so far I LOVE it! The ice is perfect and it makes ice quick! It’s very quiet when it’s running as well. The unit is a bit larger than I expected but not so big it can’t fit on the counter in the corner or on a small shelf or wine fridge. If it has staying power I will absolutely love this ice maker!

After 6 months it’s is leaking. I have spent a month contacting the the company. At first they responded and I thought they were going to help. Then after a few emails, no longer responding to my emails. They don’t have a customer service number. So I am stuck with a $400 leaking ice machine I really like and want to use!

UPDATE: the company reached out and is sending a new machine. I am thrilled and can’t wait to receive it. I have received the confirmation, so it appears they have held up to their guarantee. This truly is a great machine and if they treat their customers this way from the beginning I would recommend buying from them.

Will get really noisy if the water level drops giving an audible on it is about to run dry. We use distilled water to help keep it clean. And no, not really like cube ice, more like chunk, but that is nit picking. It's ice for crying out loud.
