I have been making very little noise and do not worry about affecting normal life and rest.

I haven’t had an ice maker, not even in a refrigerator. i don’t drink ice, for its harmful for good digestion (Ayurveda science), yet I do a breathing and cold adaptation and can use the ice for small tubs to place hands, feet or face in. (Don’t do this without learning more.) It was so fun to watch it make the ice cubes. It doesn’t take long to get enough for a drink, for those who like ice.

Everytime I ran the machine, I'd come back and find a puddle on the counter and floor. I left it off one night, with water in it and no water leaked. As soon as I turned it on, water was everywhere. Retuned.

I love having fresh ice and water together

The best thing about this ice maker is that it was exactly what it said it was. It makes soft small ice (which is why I purchased it), quickly as promised. It is easy to fill the maker with water. The other asset of this maker is the fact that I can take it with me when we traveled for a long period. It is also not very loud but loud enough that you know it's running. I cleaned it when it came per instructions and it was easy to do. I would definitely buy this ice machine again.

This item works great. Just make sure you drain it and dry it out before reuse.
