Portable ice maker. The quality is very good. The handle is very sturdy for handling and carrying. I like that it’s portable and easy to operate. It makes ice quick and it’s also easy to clean. It’s extremely quiet and looks nice. It functions great, you can choose the size. The ice isn’t to big and easy to chew if you like to eat ice.

I received this ice maker and installed it right away. It is quiet and the ice is awesome. We went to bed that night and woke up to wet floors in the kitchen. When I removed the ice maker the problem was clear. A steady drip coming from the water inlet.

Unfortunately, we are going to have to tear up and replace our floors in the area because all of the water caused the wood to cup and release from the concrete.

They did everything right with this machine and skimped on a fitting! Brutal! In short, one cheap plastic fitting that created a drip is going to cost me thousands of dollars in flooring repairs.

Even though I've regularly cleaned this ice maker monthly, it has quit producing ice more than a couple tablespoons at a time. I purchased it in May 24, In October 24 it started making screeching noises, and not ice. Up until then it worked great. So I thoroughly cleaned it with a metal straw brush and ran vinegar through it several times and got it working again. Its December and now its only making a tablespoon of ice every 45 mins, which melts because there isn't enough to keep it cold. We also use only filtered water. Im really disappointed in the lack of quality and the fact I can no longer return it for a refund or exchange (only good for 30 days). It makes me sad that things are made so poorly and cluttering our planet with useless junk. My bullet ice maker lasted 4 years. This one barely 6 months. Spend the money on an extended warranty or a name brand that costs a bit more. Over all the ice was great until it stopped making it. And all we ever used was water, no flavored stuff.

I was excited to get this Ice maker for my travel trailer because of the front door and the ice would not get stuck on top like my old ice maker. I was extremely disappointed with it. You have to put the water in the ice drawer and then the water drains to the bottom. well it did drain. But the water went everywhere on my counter went down and into my cabinets by the time I saw it. It was horrible. Spent the weekend taking the ice bin out to fill it with water and still had a little leak. The only think good about this one is that the ice did not get stuck on the top and the bin would fill up with ice. Other tha that I do not recommend.

After realizing the nugget machines were way overpriced, i came across this little ice maker. The price was great. Better yet, I love the ice it makes. It’s not nugget, it’s little square ice cubes that are very chewable. It couldn't be any easier to use than it is. After initial washing, plug it in, add water, and press the button. It’s pretty quick. My only complaint would be that it only comes in black. However, the price convinced me.
