First one came with a cracked housing and the seller had to send me another housing that I installed on the motor. It worked okay after I fixed It.
Second one was not S-0730 but the much smaller PA0613. Going through the return and send me the right one process now. Keep posted. The correct pump arrived in good condition and is working fine 🙂

The first 2 times using it, worked fine, as expected. After that, it produced very minimal ice the next few times, much less than was expected based on product details. After ~10 times using it, stopped working entirely. I have reached out to product support and hoping for help or replacement.

This machine lasted a year and 2 months. Now it makes loud whiny noises and leaks oil or something black into the water reservoir. I do not recommend this machine. If you purchase it buy the warranty as you will need it.

It’s an ice maker that will work best for parties vs daily use.

Works great! I like the lever dispensing instead of everyone reaching in a bucket with a scoop. Feels more sanitary and works well for a large family. Water tank holds a lot of water and the cover keeps it clean and fresh ..we have ours under our patio of course out of the sun. family approved

I really wanted to love this, but the production is slow and the dispense is also slow. The ice melts back into the water supply reservoir since it’s not cooled, and this (several times) created an ice bridge/air gap between the ice and the auger which gives no dispense until you break the bridge. Machine is a little noisy, but that was to be expected. Needless to say the idea of a dispensing machine vs a scoop machine didn’t work out, this one is going back for the GE Opal nugget 2.0. We didn’t really want a machine that everyone could reach into the bin for sanitary reasons 🙁
