I love my new Silonn Nugget Ice Maker. The ice is Amazing and the machine is a no brainer to use it. 1 button to turn it on, the same button to turn the machine off and finally the same button to self clean machine. I put this ice in my coldest water bottle and it last a couple days, and It makes all my drinks super cold because of the size of the ice.....If this machine was to stop working I would definitely invest in another one. I read some of the bad review but I had to try this item myself and I think they deserve 5 Stars, and you could barely hear this ice machine running the noise is very very low. If you are looking for a Great countertop ice machine for a few family members or friends this is your baby. It is a little pricey but I would purchase it again

Not as good asi expected but worth the money

Great product, but the drain plug is really small and has two parts. Try as I could to keep track of it, I eventually lost it. I ended up just plugging the drain with a 3/8 inch dowel rod. Does not leak at all, and I can get another one if I lose it.
