Works perfectly.

I crave soft, chewable ice and this machine certainly delivers. So far, so good. I am totally pleased with this ice maker.

Pros: quick, easy, and can keep up with 2 or maybe 3 people constantly making 12oz iced drinks. Nice pellet ice cubes. Easy to drain and refill. Looks good.

Cons: it started out very quiet but by week 2 it was loud. If it’s in the same room, it would be annoying.

I have had it for about 2 months now. No issues other than it became louder over time. I started out leaving it on 24/7, but have since switched to turning it on about 2 hours before needing ice and turning it off when done. It can fill its bin with ice in somewhere between 1-2 hours. Water refill required approximately every 1.5-2 bins full of ice.

We love our new ice maker. We put it at the sink and made bag after bag one day for an up coming party there was no leaking so it didn'tneed to be by the sink. I'm sure it could have kept up for the gathering, but we wanted to see how well it worked ahead of time. So easy to use, and filling it was easier than any of our previous ice makers. The quality also surpassed the previous models. It holds a lot of water, but what made it nicer was we could easily see when we had to add more. The quality of ice is better than the quality of the photo.

This ice maker is a champ!! We have people over every Sunday evening to our home for dinner and we never had enough ice. We decided to turn an old laundry closet into a butler’s pantry and purchased this ice maker. Now we have so much ice!!!

First, install was a cinch! We connected with a RO filter and the ice tastes great! Some people have complained that the unit is noisy, but it only makes noise as it’s creating ice. Once the bucket is full, it only kicks on when more ice is needed.

Another note, some have mentioned problems with it draining. We have had zero issues. Our drain hose enters the sink drainage pipe about 24” higher than the drain valve on the unit. The built in pump is a game changer and really helps in getting the water through the drain line.

We are very pleased with the unit and are kicking ourselves for not getting one sooner.
