Stainless steel protection coating is supposed to peel right off. However, the manufacturer left the coating on when they press bent the panels. Once the unit was put together, the coating wraps around the panel and prevents you from peeling off the coating completely. What you get are jagged edges of left over coating.

I was forced to take the thing apart to get all of the coating off. To add to my frustration, some of the screws were stripped and took forever to get out.

Dimensions on both the pictures and item spec are off, way off. Too big for our counter . Return in process. Too bad. It was a valentines gift

Easy to install and Works great!!!

Great ice maker. Makes perfect pellet ice. Quick, easy to clean, doesn’t take up much space, easy to operate. It’s a little noisy, but I’ve heard most of them are unless you buy one of the $300+ ones.

I purchased a few items at the same time and this is the one that I love the most. It is easy to use, quiet, kicks out a lot of ice in a short amount of time...and I love the color. The only minor thing that I don't like is that the ice is always dripping wet. I have not figured out a way to put the ice in the freezer bag without all of it sticking together. It's very minor though and I would buy this again and again!

This counter top Ice Maker is really nice so far. I wasn't excited about having to buy a separate ice maker since we have one built into our refrigerator, but I gave in because ours is terrible. Aside from the counter space it does take up and the noise it makes (not super loud, or annoying, but pretty constant), it's been really nice to have and we are enjoying it. We don't have to fill it up often and it makes the perfect little ice nuggets that are very easy to chew and satisfies that desire to want to chomp on some ice occassionally.
