It makes loud noises we can hear upstairs even when we turn it off, the ice spits out on its own from the dispenser and then won’t when we actually need the ice. Thank goodness I just bought this for my coffee bar. I wish I could return and get another. I’m shocked since most of their products I love.

Makes the best nugget ice

I was so excited about this ice machine. 1. It Is very big, we lucked out that it fits under the cabinet, barely. 2. After 2 months it started leaking all o er my counter. Not sure why but it stopped after a few weeks, but after We didn't move it at all, it worked. No issues then fast forward to 12 months. Ran 2 cleaning cycles and now it will not make ice at all. The machine starts, then after 5 minutes both the full and fill lights flash and it stops working. Paid decent mo ey for a machine that stopped working after a years use. Would not reccomend.
