Ice produced is quick and satisfactory! So glad I caught this ice machine on sale. Totally worth it. Very grateful to have ice as it’s heating up after summer.

I’ve been looking for nugget ice cube maker for some time and finally decided to try this machine. The advertisement is incorrect from the seller. Everything on the page said “nugget”. The machine was well packaged. The instructions are very simple to follow for cleaning, washing, and installing. It takes about 5 min for the first few almost solid forms of ice cubes to come out. This is a “pebble” ice maker. It makes small pebbles, not nuggets. I was extremely disappointed. The machine does make noises when it goes into making ice cycles, but not overly noisy where it interferes with conversation at the dinner table. The pebbles are small enough that they seem to be chewable without too much stress on my teeth. I’ve already shattered a molar last year from chewing ice 🙁 but this doesn’t seem to give too much resistance on the bite so I decided to just keep it. I like to make various syrup drinks and it’s quick and easy settlement when I don’t want to use my blender to make smoothies. I don’t drink alcohol - but because the ice is small and it’s made quickly, it melts fast. So I assume that if you like iced alcohol beverage this might not be the perfect ice for it as it will dilute the drink quicker than usual

Purchased this machine to replace a bullet style ice maker. This machine makes crystal clear square ice cubes. I love that the time can be adjusted to increase or decrease cube size. Very easy to use. Love it.

After my original review, I was contacted by the company. Even though I was past the return window, they wanted to make things right! Customer satisfaction is their top priority which sadly is extremely rare. I am beyond impressed with their customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to rectify my issues. I didn’t even have to reach out to them, they reached out to me. I’ve just received my new ice machine, so far it is working well.

At first it seemed good. I got it on sale so was happy about the price. Self cleaning was a problem but manually cleaning it weekly was easy enough. The basket is way smaller than expected which was my only complaint. However, After 4 months, it now only makes tiny 1/3 size ice cubes on the large setting. The return window is only 30 days so now I have a basically useless ice machine. Unless you’re ok replacing your machine after a few months I don’t recommend this ice machine.

I got this after checking EVERYTHING only to get it here and unpacked waited a few days to make sure coolant went to where its suppose to etc. when i did use it it was set at zero i used bottled water as it said i could hooked it up started it heard a couple drops of ice went to get some for a drink and they were full blocks so i read and re read instructions and it says if you want to make ice longer (which makes it thicker) hit the + button, well i hit the plus button thinking what the hell can i lose, so i went to 3 waited for 4 cycles and checked ice was thicker!! So i said i know its not going to get better but im going to try 6 so i did and the ice was even thicker! You will see that in the video. So it does not adjust thickness it was as if i used ice trays! I even went to the trouble shooting guide and my home was 66 degrees and it said the outside temp should be adjusted so i let it sit for a few days and it registered 70 still did the same thing. You know how it shows the finger in the cube to demonstrate the thickness, well there was no place to do that because it was a solid square! I DO NOT recommend this product. I had to give it a one star in order to put this in. I am returning this and going back to my counter top ice maker!
