I purchared an ice maker (bullets) last year only to have it die 3 months into the year this year i splurged and bought this sqare ice msker I love it it is a little noisey when the ice falls but the ice will not melt like the bullets do I hope this ice maker will last longer than my first one

It makes ice fast but the cubes hang up and shuts down the ice maker until b you clear it. And it’s not very cold. The cubes start to melt as soon as they get in the tray. So by the time the tray is full the cubes on bottom are half melted. Good idea poor execution

Great machine not to noisy nice size ice cubes

Used this in a FGHC2331PFAA. Was pretty easy to remove the OEM unit and to install this one. One wiring harness and two screws. Fit easily and works great. Was worried it would be a big expense but this was really economical.

This ice maker worked perfectly when I started using it. It's only been almost a month and, now, water started coming out of the back of it when in cleaning mode. So, we unplugged it and let it dry and sit for two days.

Today, it started making a strange noise and smelling like burnt rubber. The machine has not been moved since I placed it on the stand, after taking it out of the box. To spend a lot of money on a machine for it to stop working for less than a month, is ridiculous. I would like to send it back for a replacement or, a refund.
