I love this icemaker. It was great. It made ice very quickly and always function very well. Today, after only nine months, it stopped working. I did a cleaning cycle on it wiped it all down and it still won’t work. It pulls water up into the area that it first goes into, but it won’t push it into the icemaker part anymore. I’m so disappointed that I only gotten nine months of use out of this product That I paid over $200 for

Update. The seller sent me a new one free of charge to replace the one that broke. Customer service gets 5 stars.

It's fine. It's fun to watch. It makes a little ice, but doesn't keep it cold. I wanted to be able to keep my cooler cold without buying ice while camping. This won't do it. If you want a handful of ice cubes available for a drink now and then... it will work. I'm still not sure how to keep it on, it turns off randomly at times. I thought maybe it turns off after a few hours, but then once it stayed on all night... not sure.

Very easy and convenient

Worked very well the first few months. Its now making a horrible noise every single time it fills up to make ice, which is constantly. Contacted the company, they wouldnt fix it. Asked me to send it back (shipping cost on me) if i wanted a replacement. Too late to return to Icemaker.us.com.

The product worked great until I used the cleaning option. Then after, it would not make any ice….after I get the refund I would like to get another one. I really liked it when it was working……

This ice maker is proving to be a great asset for our family. The kids love the ice; they enjoy making their fruit smoothies, which come out nice and smooth with no chunky ice. We are very pleased!
