I love this lil nugget ice maker! It makes around 2 cups per hour. It will not keep the ice frozen cause it’s not a freezer so once it’s made the ice, you’ll have to store it. I put it in ziplock baggies and when I want ice, just take the bag and give it a good wack to break it up. It holds around half a gallon of water. Simple to use and a great purchase. This ice maker has been awesome. Makes great nugget ice that has a great chew HOWEVER. It won't fill up the finished ice bucket on its own. You have to come over to it and push the finished ice out of the way every 20 mins or so because it slowly climbs up the side of the chute and eventually tells the machine it's full when it's nowhere close. Other than that little issue this thing has been perfect so far.

I bought this product and it was without a doubt the worst thing I bought off of Icemaker.us.com in the last 8 years it makes the worst ice you could possibly imagine that come out looking like symbols that would fit on a baby's Pinky finger and the thing that makes it a "Total Ripoff" is that the ice, as horrible as they are, come out "wet" so when you put them in your freezer they stick together and making them totally unusable. I wanted to return this product but I missed the return date so instead I'm going to write this review. If anybody wants to contact me for even more details on how horrible this thing is I will be glad to tell you all about it.

Worked well for a couple of months and the last 2 months it makes this terrible screeching noise. Cleaned the machine, turned it off for a couple of days only to have the screeching noise start immediately when turning back on.
