This ice maker comes with a water filter and also has a rust removal container inside. The exterior looks fantastic, and the stainless steel quality is excellent with very fine craftsmanship. I can’t wait to use it—it’s an amazing product!

At this writing, have only ran it twice. It makes nice chewable chunks of ice. Not too noisy when running, which is nice and easy to set up and use. The only downside - there was a small detached piece sitting in the well upon unboxing and I'm not sure where it goes. I tried to figure it out, but the manual is not very clear in identifying parts. Still, the machine seems to work fine, but I do wish it was easier to ID parts.

I had to replace my previous ice maker as it is a necessity in my water. Its quiet, quick and always consistent with size.

Just purchased this and will have to return! I believe I received a defective machine unfortunately! Followed all directions for set up to a T, yet when plugged in, let run for over an hour with still no production.

UPDATE: Icemaker.us.com customer service replaced the machine, the new one is working great! Ice is perfect. Machine is not loud at all, but does have a sound. Overall amazing!
