I have been using this ice maker daily for my iced coffee. It has a strong build quality and is made to last. The ice nuggets are the right size for my drinks and stay cool throughout the day. The machine works quick and has the ability to hold a lot of nuggets and produce a lot of them.

Unboxing and figuring out how the machine works was easy and didn’t take me more than 10 minutes. All the functions on the screen worked well. It has buttons to clean the machine, a light, and it tells you when the ice is full. The machines goes well with my countertop and gives it a sleek look. This machine does the job and I would recommend it to others.

Makes a bit of ice, but seems dispenser doesn’t deposit the ice far enough into the cage, as the eye thinks its full and stops making ice when its only half full. Would have given it at least 3 stars but sadly, it has passed away after 2 years use

Noise is low and it makes ice pretty fast ! We have been real pleased with this ice maker ! The only think I would change is the water holding tank be a little bigger

We have coolers that we use all the time, big, small and use multiple times through out the week. This machine keeps up very well for our needs. The only draw back is the ice when dumped isn't always broken, but it does break up when we put it into the coolers, extremely small inconvenience as we use our fridge ice maker for drinks. The scoop could have been bigger, it's enough for one or two cubes, so we purchased a dog food scoop which works great. Would purchase again.
