El producto presentaba una falla en la tablilla, y es una bronca regresar el producto fue mas fácil mandar a reparar, aun después de reparar, no vale la pena el producto, es muy ruidoso y la velocidad en la que hace hielo es muy mala, toma todo todo el día poder hacer una carga, y todo todo el día hace mucho ruido el congelador.
Mejor comprar un refrigerador con hielera es lo mismo para nada es un producto especializado

So happy with this purchase. When I first opened it I thought it would be to small of a unit. I was very wrong. It’s small but so powerful. Makes ice unbelievably quick. Filled up a 10 lb freezer bag of ice in no time. Self clean mode works great. And easy to drain from the bottom. Only con is that the ice kinda sticks together when you freeze it so you need to make sure you break it up a bit while freezing but all nugget ice does this. I hope the self clean function does do a good job cleaning because I don’t see a way to open it and manually clean. Im hopeful with proper maintenance it will stay clean because it’s a great ice maker! Best I’ve ever had 100x better then bullet ice makers! It is a little loud although the manufacture says the sound does level out with use. Noise isn’t really an issue because you don’t need to run it all day it makes so much ice and so quickly! And so crunchy and delicious! Very happy!

I'm the girl who needs ice in my drinks, so I jumped at the chance to order this am through Icemaker.us.com Vine. I've got a built-in ice maker in my freezer, but I thought this would be nice to have for parties when a little extra ice might be useful.

This makes ice pretty quickly. After plugging it in, the first ice cubes dropped in well under 10 minutes and the basket was probably full within an hour. The ice tray is not cooled, so the cubes will continuously melt, but they just drip into the water bin & get re-frozen into new cubes. It runs relatively quietly, but you will hear some humming and the occasional drop of ice.

You can choose either small or large ice cubes, and the "cubes" aren't truly cube-shaped--they're cylindrical tubes, like what you find in bagged ice. I'd say the large setting is similar to most bagged ice and the small setting is about 30 percent smaller.

GREAT: fast opal ice, direct connect to filtered water for auto fill, clean cycle, easy access for cleaning res. easy access to ice, drain tubes. This unit has put out some ice this month. still wisper quiet which is saying a lot as the other makers are big noise.

Owner Tip:
on the white plastic ice slide that slides the ice into the basket. take some clean parafin wax and lightly brush some on to the last part of the lip. the ice will not hang up there again and cause FULL indicator and stop. I learned this on another unit.

This is perfect for when I have a drink and I need ice instantly. my kids usually use up all the ice in the refrigerator so this makes it quick for when I have my ice trays filled but aren't ready yet.

Such a very pleasant surprise! The pictures and imo the description led me to think that this might be kinda houky. It's very light, lighter than a coffee carafe with coffee in it, has a removable handle, and a cute little basket that catches the ice but you can pull the whole thing out to like transfer to an ice bowl or whatever. I believe the description lists it makes ice in 6 minutes. I haven't timed it but it feels like less than 6. Now, the ice isn't that really hard stuff that you get at the store in those plastic bags, it's a little on the watery, softer side. It does last though in my insulated cup for a good amount of time.

Honestly, this would be perfect for parties and especially the summer picnics and get togethers. I also use it to fill my automatic ice maker in my fridge that my husband hasn't hooked up for 5 yrs... That's another story...
