The operation is simple, it will be easy to see, and the elderly at home can also easily get started. I hope to use it longer.

I’ve only had this maker for two weeks and it won’t make ice and makes a loud noise. Not happy!

Brought this, this holiday season and it has been amazing. It makes tons of ice rather quickly. There is a constant light hum, that isn’t annoying, at least to me. The perfect chewy nugget ice. The machine itself is a little bigger than a kitchen aid mixer. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nugget ice maker.

This is better than I thought it’d be. This ice maker is small enough to sit on my countertop, but it’s powerful! It makes ice in under six minutes, plus it can make over 26 pounds of ice per day. That’s a lot for an ice maker this size, and it’s more ice than we use in our house. It comes with an ice basket and scoop. It cleans itself too, which I love. I’ve been using it for months now and haven’t had one issue. It’s powerful and reliable. I highly recommend it.

We bought this as a replacement for a bullet style ice maker we returned. This little machine flat outs out the ice! It's quiet and easy to use. We ran it for a couple of days straight and bagged the ice for Thanksgiving! Would purchase again.

Love this Icemaker. I got it today, plugged it in and filled it with water, and it's already making ice after only about 10 minutes. I'll share a few little nit-picky things about it, but for all intent and purpose it's a 5 out of 5 product.

First, it didn't come with an instruction booklet, so that kinda sucks. I think that is why I had so much trouble with the next bit I'm about to share. Second, you should not fill this thing with water after plugging it in. Instead, do it before. If you do it after, like I did, you will overfill the machine and make all your ice soggy and melt in a vat of extra water. In this vein, you should also make sure not to fill to the MAX line, and then turn on the machine, and fill it up again. This will cause the same issue that I experienced—and it isn't fun.

If you take those 2 piece of advice, you'll do just fine with this machine.
