Would of give it 5 stars, however it doesn't make 9 ice cubes in 6 mins as stated , it makes 9 ice cubes in 9 mins. Timed it !

Received mine as a gift and loved it so much that I purchased another one for a good friend. Easy to use and you can have ice at your fingertips in just a few minutes!

I have had this item for less than 30 days. It worked well for a time but the machine quit working a day ago. I have tried getting a hold of someone for return or replace to no avail. Do not buy this item if you have to get reliable service latter. I have bought a lot of items on Icemaker.us.com but this is the first time that they will not do a return policy. Patrick Rivard.

This product works exactly like it was advertised at.

First of all it does make great nugget ice but not nearly enough and too slow. Dispenses great but no way to see how much ice is available and seemed like 20 ounces tops. Hate the manual fill with no option to hook up to water supply. Hate the misrepresentation in description that it makes 30+ lbs in 24 hrs when the manual says it is only capable of making 24 lbs. When making ice it sounded like kittens being tortured. The refrigerant used is FLAMMABLE—didn’t expect that! The maintenance is ridiculous. Read the manual BEFORE you buy—returned and purchased a cheaper nugget maker that is a true delight. Totally regret purchasing this KBIce ice maker.
