The ice is perfect- but oh my goodness the squeaking noise it makes while making the ice is terrible.

Ice is ok but I hear the ice when it drops

This ice maker works as designed, but the design could use some improvement. It seems like the machine is always working and therefore using a lot of energy. It might be that it is more efficient to constantly make ice vs keeping the ice cold, but the machine seems to be always running.

Pros - Ice is made quickly and the machine works.

Con - The ice is always melting and making more. It is a little loud.

Bought this for my mom, she absolutely loved and still loves it. It makes in the square nuggets and is hard ice and the ice is similar to a fast food brand of ice. She never found an ice maker she liked until this one. I bought it during prime days, so it was cheaper than most, and bought because of the reviews and this is a great ice maker. Worth the money

Makes quick ice, but they start to melt fast, so we have to move them to the freezer right away. Even after we put them ice into the freezer, the ice pieces freeze into one big bunch. We have to use an ice pick to get them apart.

Was working for the first two months. The full ice tray light came on and the ice was not full. The light would not turn off. We were able to let the company know due to having a warranty. We got a replacement sent to us. If anything happens make sure to contact the company.
