never worked from the 1st day. Working now to see if I can get a refund wish me luck

Ok, I don’t know why I am so amazed at this machine, but I am. I drink spring water I hand carry home from a nearby spring, but haven’t used it in making ice cubes yet. I know I could buy the plastic trays and make ice that way, but this is much more fun AND fast!!

Set up is easy-clean and plug in. Add water and choose ice size. After about 7 minutes I had my first small batch of ice.

It’s fairly quiet, but it does sound like a louder mini fridge on your counter that’s working away.

I love this, it’s so convenient and will be great for gatherings and when I go to the beach house!

Important: Directions say to make sure this unit is upright for 24 hours first before cleaning and making your first batch of ice. Mine was sitting in the box on its side and when I opened it up, I wanted to start immediately, but waited a day to do so.

It will make a bucket of ices in around 4 hours - I use a lot of ice for coffee tea and this saves a ton time going after ice.

Extremely pleased with this countertop ice maker. I was nervous that it was not going to live up to my expectations. I use it everyday and am very happy with it. It is not loud and fits perfectly under my cabinet. Easy to drain and clean. Would highly recommend!

It's very modern looking & not as bulky as our last one, but it doesn't hold as much ice as our last one.

This ice maker is worth every penny! We live in a retirement community with a smaller kitchen and rather than make ice with the trays, I decided to try this ice maker. It's perfect for our daily ice water. I just make some every morning and freeze it for the day. So easy and ice is perfect every time!
