Finally an ice maker I love! I have tried several and I love the shape of cube and the fact that I don't need a drain and to continuously replace melting ice. I hope it lasts! The only thing I would change (and I would pay more for actually) as if the unit was taller and held more ice… That would make this a perfect icemaker!

I love that this doesn't make bullet ice. It was really hard to find an ice maker that made anything else. This one works great, makes ice really quickly and after using it for months I've had absolutely no problems with it at all. The only thing that could use some improvement is the amount of noise it makes. It's not unbearably loud but u definitely notice how loud it is. For the money tho it's well worth every penny I paid and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a counter top ice maker.

Water dispenser is hard to use

Product appeared to have been used and did not work on installation. Worked with a professional plumber and Confirm the anppliance arrived broken. Icemaker.us.com would not allow a return nor would the seller. We now have an expensive ice maker that never worked.
