   I hate to admit that I fell in love with this Sleek, Attractive Icemaker, simply for its looks. The icemaker easily, fit in with my other appliances, with its simply elegant, chrome appearance. But, this excellent ice maker has more to offer than beauty! Starting with its efficent, consistent ice production, and user friendly operation. With little effort and the push of a couple of buttons, in a short time, I had a generous ice supply, on demand! This beauty also has a self-cleaning feature as an added bonus and creates very little noise when operating. So much to love about not only, what’s on the outside of this Ice Machine but, what’s inside as well! ✨5 stars are well deserved for this lovely Ice Maker! ✨

   I ordered this ice maker for our bar area, and because you can never have enough ice. I also have one of the more expensive brands which makes “the good ice”, so I wanted to compare. This ice maker is small and takes up way less room on the countertop. It is easy to fill, and it makes ice rather quickly. It is noisy, so if you have an open concept living room/kitchen, it can be bothersome. The ice comes out in big blocks, which is annoying because you have to break them up into the smaller cubes which isn’t a big deal if using a large tumbler. It comes with an ice scoop, but I found it more bothersome than it was worth to use it, so I just grabbed a pair of small tongs to use. Overall, it’s a nice little machine, especially at this price point.

   Firstly, this ice maker caught my eye because of how it looks. It’s also not too big, but is big enough to keep our house stocked with ice. It’s also interesting to watch the ice being made; I don’t think I’ve ever seen an ice maker that works this way. It makes great ice, too. Perfect for your summer drinks or for more sophisticated cocktails and other adult beverages.

   I was quite surprised with this machine. It is fairly small so it does not take up a lot of counter space and it delivers as stated. I did not believe I would have ice in 13 minutes so I timed it and 13 minutes later I had ice. Interestingly, the ice comes out in blocks like an ice tray that has not yet been cracked apart and it is crystal clear just as you see in the pictures. Once the first batch is complete it immediately begins to make the next until the reservoir is empty. Overall I love this machine. It’s a great addition for parties etc.

   Thanks to this ice maker I no longer have to store ice in the freezer which frees up a lot of space for other items. It makes ice fast and the cubes are the perfect size and consistency. Very pleased with the functionality and ease of use. I use filtered water to prevent scale build up. Distilled water will also serve this purpose. Water capacity is good for a few people. For larger applications just make a few batches.

   I had hoped this ice maker would be more convenient than using trays in my freezer but it’s not. Operating it is easy enough, add water to the fill line, push the button, & wait. It makes 16 wet cubes at a time, each cube measuring 0.75×1 inch. Barely enough for one shake. Most of the water stays inside the machine & will need to be drained out. It’s recommended to change the water every 24 hours. I use spring water for ice so this method is a waste. This machine isn’t meant to store or keep ice readily available & it takes up a small bulk of counter space. It requires routine maintenance & it’s an added chore. For me, this ice maker is not practical for occasional home use, but it does work as intended & would suit other scenarios.

   This ice maker is the most interesting ice maker I have ever come across. The water pours down over the ice cube receptacles and freezes over whatever amount of time you choose. I kid you not, it is actually interesting and entertaining to watch the water freeze. I not only watched by myself, but a couple of friends watched again with me, and then my bosses kids watched, as well. I did mention that it is an interesting way to freeze ice! That aside, this machine makes the clearest, most pleasing ice cubes I have ever had in a home ice machine!
   Of course, I chose this ice machine for my work place so the guys can have ice in their water bottles (and for me, too). It is meant to replace the ice machine that we had that I was really sick of trying to clean every few weeks. That particular ice machine had a more normal process of producing ice, but that meant that there were places that I couldn’t really fit my fingers or even small brushes – namely a straw brush that I bent in various ways to reach tight, out-of-reach spaces – into to clean properly and running vinegar through the machine just didn’t get rid of the slime. This ice machine is fantastic for cleaning! Every space that you need to clean is easily accessible and therefore quick and easy to clean!
   I love this ice maker and I can whole-heartedly recommend it to everyone!
