Product was well packaged and delivered in the specified time. Ice maker was super easy to clean and setup was very quick and easy. Has the option to make various sizes of ice but we find sticking to the biggest setting is best. Ice is made quickly and machine will turn off when ice bucket is full so no need to worry about over filling. I would suggest it be cleaned at least once a week to keep your ice nice and fresh tasting. Cleaning is very quick and easy so this is no problem.

Yes, it makes a racket when it dumps, as do all ice makers. No biggie for me. I clean it regularly so I have no problems with smell or discoloration. It blends into my counter space sitting right next to the fridge. I highly recommend it.
