My wife thinking about getting an ice machine for a long time, and we spend lots of time looking for the right size. And this one seems perfect for my kitchen, since we have very limited spaces. This ice machine not only come with all the equipment hoses and also come with water filter, drain pump with electricity, and also cleaning solutions. The set up is easy and simple, come with manual inside. I will say it me 30 mins total for setting up the whole ice machine, for a person don’t know how to do pumping, I don’t see any leak on the floor after 3 days of use so far, I think I did a very good job. The manual is very easy to understand. The ice machine is makes ice fast, faster than my refrigerator that I had. Im also very happy with the capacity of the ice machine, it’s about 5 times bigger than my refrigerator. Ice machine doesn’t make much noise as well, it stays very quiet, only hear it when the ice drop down.
Over all, I’m super happy about this purchase, I would recommend to my friends! It’s perfect for home use!

I had a bit of an issue with the water draining properly because the cutout under my sink was too high but the seller went above and beyond to fix it quickly. Instructions do not have clear guidance in how to hook up the pump nor all the parts needed to hook drain line to the undersink area. It’s all guess work and the video provided by the seller completely skips any real description on how to install. Good Luck! It does work and produce ice once you figure it out.

After using it for a while, I am really satisfied! It’s easy to install and operate, the ice cubes are the right size, and it’s not too noisy. Compared with the manual ice box I used before, it is much more convenient. You don’t have to wait for several hours to get ice cubes. Its only minor drawback is that the ice machine is a bit small and needs cleaning for the first time, but it doesn’t affect my experience at all.

The only things is to remember is get a faucet adaptor that maybe our faucet is not standard sized? and is not compatible with the water line the ice maker came with.
