This is one of the only ice makers I could find that was not over a foot in height as well as having a drawer. It’s the perfect size.
The nugget ice it makes is small and crunchy. It is easy to scoop out. It does not make a lot of ice at once, but I was looking for something smaller as I don’t need that much. Even though the capacity is small it makes the ice much quicker than I expected and faster than any other ice maker I have tried.
Critically, this ice maker does not make a lot of noise. Many of the previous ones I’ve tried had very loud fans/motors that you can hear across the room or even apartment. The sound of the ice dropping also isn’t loud so no sudden noises in the middle of the night.
It’s very easy to add water and tell when it needs to be added as well as clean.
The light feature is a nice white, although in a perfect product I’d like to be able to have it turned on at night only.

This ice maker is a great since I can use my filter water to make cleaner ice (as the water in the refrigerator doesn’t work nearly well as the real water filtration system). I’ve been making ice manually using ice tray but the amount of ice we use doesn’t nearly cover the manual process (sometimes I forget and have to wait over-night). The product looks great on our kitchen countertop (we got the black and gold) and this machine makes ice very fast (and it is very quiet). Now we will never run out of ice – also the ice taste great using our filter water. I also like the self-cleaning function as we have small kids at home who love to chew on ice and the automatic ice maker that comes in the fridge doesn’t get to clean ever (I don’t even know how to clean it). It is also portable so we will be definitely taking this to our yard in the summer for weekend BBQ/gatherings.
Lastly, shipping was extremely fast – I am not a prime member but it arrived it the next day!

Purchased and 5 months later it stopped working. I’ve been dealing with their “Customer Service “ for almost 2 months regarding repair or replacement. They are try their hardest to make it difficult, asking questions about “Is it plugged in? “ Ambient room temperature “ does the compressor work?
I sent them this video in early December, yet they still are asking these questions today.

What an amazing little ice maker. We brought for a gathering at our home over the weekend. The night before, I set it up and had it start producing the ice nuggets. It was very quiet and the best part was that it did not take up too much space on the counter. When the party started, we had plenty of fresh ice for drinks. The clear window let you know how much ice are left in the machine. I moved it outside and it continued making ice throughout the event. It was very easy to operate. Overall, this nugget ice maker has exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient ice maker!
