I’ve been wanting an ice maker forever. I’m finally getting a kitchen makeover so decide to pull the trigger. Perfectly under my counter once I removed the shelves. It makes ice very quickly and is fairly quiet. It seems to fill up the bin much faster than I would expect. My only complaint is there is no place to store the scoop. It would’ve been nice to have something on inside wall or inside the door to slide scoop into to keep it handy and out if the ice. Other than that I love it.

Great product. Replaces a Scotsman Icemaker and produces more ice and more quickly. The only sound we heard was the first 1/2 hour and it was the same as our old ice maker. Since then, the operation is quiet. We needed to get a connector from the local plumbing supply store to attach it to the existing water line and drain. We also ordered a longer water hose from Icemaker.us.com to allow the ice maker to attach to the existing water source. With those items, the installation was easy and was done without a plumber.

Yes, she makes the ice very slow but she make it. The problem is she doesn’t drain the water correctly. The drain pump install in this icemaker is very poor. She can barely pick up the water only 1 feet higher so be careful because this product probably is not for everybody. my main water drain pipe it’s approximately 2 feet higher than my floor and this icemaker doesn’t make it. in my application is waste of money.

Ice machine works great, as advertised but noticed this past week after using using it for 6mns that mold was all over the tray where the ice gets made from, all over the plastic nozzles. Seems to be a common issue. Not sure what the fix is beside Clorox spray. Would think that this wouldn’t be an issue. We maintain the temperature of our house at 72 and constantly cleaning. Not sure!!!

I have owned 3 different commercial ice makers, and replaced all 3. This ice maker has the simplest design of all and is very well built as I had a chance to look inside to see the fit & finish. There was an initial leaking problem from the drain water tank which is easily accessible by removing the back plate on the machine and then removing 2 screws. There was a nut that was cross-threaded onto the discharge hose so it would leak before the pump could be engaged, so what should have been an active pump within the drain water tank was never turned on. The fix was simple. I put the nut back on correctly and sealed with silicone. Problem solved. I waited a week to ensure no more leaks. It works perfect. Customer service contacted via email was responsive and gave me enough information to fix it. Once we figured out what it was, it took about 10 minutes to fix. They compensated me for my time and effort. It works great making a very large amount of ice in a very short time (fills a very large bucket over night). Unlike my other ice makers, this one does not run all the time to make the ice. It beats the other commercial ice makers in the house in both speed and simplicity. I would purchase another one if my other machines break.

I have had this icemaker for a little over 1 month now. The unit works great. It makes ice quickly and the ice stays for a long time. The only issue is the ice is made in sheets and you need to break it up but For the price and value you can’t beat it. The installation was simple and straightforward and looks great. I had an issue with the shipping and had to contact the company and their support and response time was great!

As others have stated very simple dependable ice maker with one weak spot.
The pump they use is literally an aquarium water pump and doesn’t have any lift capacity at all. My drain is about 18 inches above the drain level
We teamed it with another external pump and replaced the drain lines with a stiffer reinforced plastic line as the Internal lines are very fragile and soft.
Works great now and makes ice like a champ!
Customer service is awesome they did work with us to troubleshoot and sent replacement parts
