It runs well, makes ice fast and is fairly quiet but it barely fits on my counter under my cupboards. It makes ice fast but the cubes all have holes in the center. The cubes all look the same size to me so I guess the difference between the large, medium and small cubes appears to be the size of the center hole – at least from what my old eyes can see. The LCD lights are not too bright; they should have gone with LED lights instead. I like the machine so far but I just got it yesterday so I can’t comment on its longevity but for its price, I’m hoping it will last a long time.

We let this machine sit over night , we turned it on in the morning with the water it never even got cold it just sat there on the counter and made a buzzing sound , we have purchased SEVERAL of these machines oVer the years for our special needs son , he loves ice as it calms him down , this is the first one that has not worked ,
We have sent a few requests for a replacement item , but at this point we are going to most likely look into another brand , this company IS NOT consumer FRIENDLY

I really like this little thing. If you’ve done your research, you will find out that this does not keep the ice frozen. You have to use it as it drops or store it. After about 2 weeks of use, it started to make a strange noise but I was able to just push on some stuff and it went away. This lil guy has saved me a TON of money in ice. If you are on the fence, go for it. I do not think you will be disappointed. UPDATE: After 5 months of regular use, it’s still making the sound… I am going to see what the warranty will cover.

Awesome ice machine. It doesn’t work at all, it’s very quiet. The ice made is exquisite and beautiful. More special is the automatic cleaning function, but you don’t have to worry about cleaning the machine, it is really good. The screen on the left also indicates whether enough ice has been made and will automatically stop working when it is full. There aren’t too many cumbersome operations, and it’s very simple to have only three options to clean, the size of the ice cube and the three options to get started. The production process is not too long for the session, enough for the family to use.

I was really leery about buying this ice maker, but a friend had one and liked it, so I bought it. Now that I’ve had it for over a month and have used it many times, I LOVE IT !!!. The ice is made pretty quickly, 9 pieces at a time. Then 7 minutes later, another 9. I really like the shape and texture of the ice. It is rounded with a hole partway through the middle. I’m an ice chewer, and I have broken teeth on the rock-hard cubes I made with ice trays in my freezer. These rounded cubes (oxymoron) are less dense and seem to almost be oxygenated and are easily chewable. Sure, they might not last quite as long as a big hard ice cube, but they are a pleasure to have in a glass of cold iced tea or bourbon and 7-Up.
I usually only write reviews when I am unhappy with a product. I like this ice maker so much that I am now writing a positive review … for a change. I highly recommend this ice maker.

Positives: quiet, efficient, simple to use, makes great ice in a timely manner.
Negs: because the ice maker is NOT a cooler, new ice falls onto melting ice, causing the ice to be wet. When damp/wet ice is put into the freezer it clumps together (you’ll need an ice pick).
This device works best, and is designed for, making ice for ‘immediate use.’
Nevertheless, I love it and make ice every 2 days.
