I liked the ice maker, it made the ice quickly, was pretty quiet for the most part. Had a few startles whenever the ice would drop at first because I forgot about it and was not use to that sound randomly happening. It’s compact fits on countertop not taking up too much space( which is VERY important to me as I live in a studio with very limited space). I returned the product because I seen two days after I bought it that it was almost $25 cheaper & I felt like my $100 could be spent on something more useful then ice, especially rite now during Christmas and holidays. Overall it’s a good product I think I rushed into purchasing something before thinking about if I really needed it.

It has a small basket to collect the ice, so small I had to keep the ice scoop outside of the machine. Ice melts quicker than if I buy a bag of ice from the store.
