This makes the perfect ice quickly, has a self cleaning cycle, and product support is fantastic! I worried when the machine started to slow down and make a loud noise, but I emailed customer service. After sending a short video of the problem, they quickly responded with a step by step solution to try. They also offered a replacement if it didn’t fix the problem, but thankfully it did!

My wife eats / chews on ice all day long. She broke our fridge ice maker and we got this to replace it. It produces ice fast and keeps it coming at a pace she can’t even keep up with.
As for uses other than, it keeps cold long. Has an easy self clean option. Only downside is it is kind of loud.
