Great ice maker for the price. Portable and the app is easy to use. Kids like that they can choose different size options for ice and it has functioned well so far. Noise level is moderate. Would be nice to have small house or other option integrated in so we would not have to move to sink every time to drain and clean. Water reservoir is also a good size and the ice stays cold longer than I would have thought in the holding section. Ice is made quickly as well which is great!

Having used a similar model in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly this one produces ice. It definitely seems like a high-quality product.
One of the standout features for me is the type of ice it makes—it’s super crunchable and fun to use! Although the product mentions that it doesn’t store ice, I found that it continues to produce fresh ice as the existing ice melts, which is a nice touch. I haven’t yet set up the app and Alexa capabilities but really excited to see how that works. We are a bit Alexa family!
I did encounter some issues with the ice scoop. It struggles to catch the ice effectively, making the experience a bit clunky. I wish there was a designated place to store the scoop instead of just placing it on top or having to find my own hook.

Great ice maker. Makes two sizes of ice cube, the larger ones are pictured. Runs quietly and starts producing ice in a few minutes. The wifi/remote feature is a nice upgrade. Comes with a couple storage bags, instructions etc. Overall it was packaged securely and delivered safely. It gives clear instructions for cleaning/first time use which is nice. Our freezer doesn’t have a built in ice maker so this is a great alternative.

Great Ice Maker!! This ice maker makes a lot of ice very quickly. We were able to fill two ice bags in as little as 24hrs. The ice cubes are bullet style but can be made harder for things like margarita machines by simply putting them into the freezer. The tie in to Alexa is awesome! being able to control this ice maker via Alexa is a big game changer. Alexa can turn it on or off and sends out notifications when the ice basket is full, and then places the machine into standby mode. We are very happy with this Ice maker and highly recommend it.

This ice maker is high quality and an overall great product. The noise output of this machine is very minimal compared to other counter top machines. I like that the basket is deep enough to hold a good amount of ice and that the ice stays frozen longer than previous bullet machines I have had in the past. Bullet machines, in general, can be tricky to clean where the pegs are that form the ice cubes but as long as you stay on top of cleanings it can be an easy task. Bluetooth is also a great option to have so the machine doesn’t have to be constantly running.
