We have coolers that we use all the time, big, small and use multiple times through out the week. This machine keeps up very well for our needs. The only draw back is the ice when dumped isn’t always broken, but it does break up when we put it into the coolers, extremely small inconvenience as we use our fridge ice maker for drinks. The scoop could have been bigger, it’s enough for one or two cubes, so we purchased a dog food scoop which works great. Would purchase again.

This machine makes ice fairly quickly. I like that you can choose your ice size. The machine is not very loud except for when it actually drops the ice. My only complaint is condensation forms on the inside top. So when you open the lid and it rolls back, the condensation goes onto the lid and when you close it it spills down the front. I do not think this is avoidable considering the machine interior is not temperature regulated. So far it has been a great addition and has saved us lots of money from buying ice. I also like that it has a timer feature where you can turn the machine off so it doesn’t constantly run. And once full the ice stays frozen for a decent amount of time before melting

The ice doesn’t keep longer than a few hours once it makes and the water doesn’t drain on its own. It has to be scooped out each day when the ice melts. Customer service did respond when I emailed needing assistance and understanding of the functions of this machine. Even though the product isn’t what I needed customer service was able to assist and solve my problems and because of this I will continue to do business with this company. I gave 5 stars for the company’s ability to help me.

We had this outside next to our 5th wheel for 8 days in 90º – 100º. We supported multiple coolers keeping ice loaded. We had this hooked up through a water hose and filter to the 1/4″ line. The only scare is the first couple of drops are a little noisy and almost make you think like someone dropped something. The savings on buying ice have already almost covered the purchase price. Awesome addition to our life.

AGAIN … Needed ice today so i turned this pos on last night, it made 3 batches of ice and just stopped! Most of the ice melted so off to buy I’ve, absolute junk!

Very happy with this purchase. It is a very good size unit. Supply line hooked to waterline. It is a gravity drain so you will need to install a sanitary drain or a direct drain because the unit does not refrigerate the ice. It is basically a cooler under the ice maker. Unit makes more ice than I could use in a day. Unit holds about 20lbs of ice in the container. Ice cycles every 10 minutes or so. I fill my cooler for my work truck every morning. If you purchase ice at the store, the price of the unit will pay for itself in about 2months. The unit has a 1 year warranty. I’m beyond impressed with the units quality and expect it to last for quite a while. Will purchase again.
