when this arrived the box looked like it had been beaten up and retaped, I set it up. put water in it and hit start, wouldn’t make ice. I unplugged it and tried again. still no ice. I picked it up to drain it because I am going to return it and water came out of everywhere. bottom, back, vent, etc… returned it! I hope they don’t try to re-sell it to someone else

As many others wrote before, there is a plastic flavor in the water despite how many times we cleaned it. It’s noisy when it creates ice and this happens a lot since the tank is not cooled. This results in the ice getting melted and the machine keeps making ice and adding noise. It spills water and ice cubes everywhere.
