Make sure you have room. We put ours in an alcove in family room. It’s a bit noisy. But produces fast. Small enough to go in my husbands metal water bottle. To big glass of water.

This ice machine is nice looking & it works great. If you don’t care what kind of ice it makes it’s a great machine. I ordered it because it stated that it makes clear ice cubes which is what I was looking for. IT DOES NOT MAKE CLEAR ICE CUBES. If it wasn’t for that I would’ve given it 5 stars.

This product is listed as model EFIC1030 but what you get is model EFIC103, as listed on the box. These two models look identical but while the EFIC1030 apparently makes clear cubes, as shown in the product pictures, the model that you get makes bullet shaped ice that is not clear. Also, pictures on the box itself show clear cubes, which is also wrong. I can’t say if this is deliberate false advertising, but we were very disappointed to discover we did not receive what we expected. This was purchased as a gift and the recipients are happy with it so we will be returning it. But buyer beware!

Disclaimer, we went from having a dysfunctional ice maker and cracked ice trays to this. Love this! After completing the first use instructions, started getting ice 6min after starting it. We are a family of 6 this gets a lot of use.
