The machine probably works fine, but we were looking for a larger capacity. The picture doesn’t do it justice, but the ice making rate was equal to our old machine. Nonetheless we returned it.

It was small and compact. While it did make ice pretty quickly, it doesn’t stay cold very long. Requires constant emptying to make a usable batch of ice. If you want this for personal use of a drink at a time sure, but for regular use or even a hot day it’s too small a capacity. Since it does melt quickly it has a tendency to leak whenever you open up the bin also.

I was excited to get this Ice maker for my travel trailer because of the front door and the ice would not get stuck on top like my old ice maker. I was extremely disappointed with it. You have to put the water in the ice drawer and then the water drains to the bottom. well it did drain. But the water went everywhere on my counter went down and into my cabinets by the time I saw it. It was horrible. Spent the weekend taking the ice bin out to fill it with water and still had a little leak. The only think good about this one is that the ice did not get stuck on the top and the bin would fill up with ice. Other tha that I do not recommend.

We have had 2 ice machines just stop working after a year or so. This one we are hoping lasts. So far it is efficient with the time it takes to make ice. The ice size is great. Love the drawer in the front. Makes it so much easier to get ice. It also gets much less dirty this way.

I was super excited to have found this with the design of the ice tray so I then ordered. The moment I had unpacked it out of the box and hooked up up I was completely disappointed with the design. It doesn’t hold much for water, the ice tray is a pain in the patoochie to put back in place, you need 2 hands to get it back in there, the ice doesn’t seem to last and definitely takes longer than 6 minutes to make ice. I used this for about a month, then the machine completely just stopped making ice so requested a return for a refund to purchase something better quality

I had to replace my old icemaker and this is wat I chose. I love the fact that it has a pull out drawer instead of the open top, so that way it will fit nicer in where I have it. While the noice does not bother me, I do see where it can with some people if you are keeping it in a small space, but if it is in the kitchen you will be fine.
