The icemaker is great, it works as advertised. If you have a party and you need ice and will be by the machine for extended periods of time its great. But for me, I would rather pay more money for something that actual holds the ice and keeps it frozen. Instead I have to keep taking it out every 20 minutes or so when it gets full and then put it in the freezer. At a party it would be fine as it would be used as quick as its made.

After my original review, I was contacted by the company. Even though I was past the return window, they wanted to make things right! Customer satisfaction is their top priority which sadly is extremely rare. I am beyond impressed with their customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to rectify my issues. I didn’t even have to reach out to them, they reached out to me. I’ve just received my new ice machine, so far it is working well.

At first it seemed good. I got it on sale so was happy about the price. Self cleaning was a problem but manually cleaning it weekly was easy enough. The basket is way smaller than expected which was my only complaint. However, After 4 months, it now only makes tiny 1/3 size ice cubes on the large setting. The return window is only 30 days so now I have a basically useless ice machine. Unless you’re ok replacing your machine after a few months I don’t recommend this ice machine.

We have 3 kids and the water line isn’t hooked up to our freezer to make ice. Our kids are in sports plus we like ice in our drinks. We spend at least $12 a week just on bags of ice from the store or drive thru and it adds up. Just in the 2 weeks I’ve had this, we have spent less than $5 a week on buying jugs of water to use specifically for the ice maker. We can use tap water, but where we live our water is gross. The kids love that they can put the ice in the freezer and when the freezer bin is full they can put the ice in the bags provided. I had a $30 off coupon when I bought ours and I’m so glad I bought it! The size is great especially because we can pick large or small bullet cubes and the ice tastes great! For my family this is the best value for our money and the quality of the ice maker is great.

Bought this for our travel trailer after dealing with store bought ice bags for years. We love this little machine. When switched on, it continuously makes ice cubes and the ice that isn’t taken out for use just melts back into the water reservoir to then be turned into ice cubes again. It produces ice FAST, so it has been plenty sufficient to cool our beverages, and the beverages of party guests as needed. I don’t know why we didn’t by this machine years ago.

So I’d never thought of purchasing an ice maker, but now that I have one, I’d definitely miss it if I didn’t have one. My fridge can’t make ice and using the trays are so inconvenient and make the ice taste funny, with this machine, I add water and 7 minutes later there’s enough ice for a well iced drink.
The machine is quiet, you can turn it off when you’ve had enough and works well.

Our frig icemaker broke long ago. We have an old refrigerator and just couldn’t see buying a new ice maker or new frig when it still worked so well. So we had been using ice trays for the last year. Soooó sick of making ice with trays. So took a chance and bought this. It’s small and compact and doesn’t take up much room. Makes 8 cubes in about 5 minutes. I just fill it up in the morning and it makes enough for the day. Very quiet also. Only downside is the cubes are wet and when you put them in the freezer they stick together. I just use a butter knife to break them apart. So much better than ice trays!
