Ordered to make ice while camping/sailing.
Unit is quiet and starts making ice within about 8 minutes. It took around 25 minutes total to make 2 cups of crushed ice. Not the fastest, but certainly convenient. Allow plenty of time to make large quantities.
I had slight issues with pouring the water into the unit. It must be added at the front of the machine and it wasn’t easy without spilling some. If you have a watering can with a long narrow spout to aim the water into the well area, that would help a lot.
The other issue was removing excess water in the tank that didn’t get used for ice. There is a drain at the bottom of the ice maker, but unless you can turn the unit to aim
directly over your sink, it’s rather unwieldy to use.
If these two issues don’t concern you, this might be just the ice making unit you need.

Great ice maker! It is very easy to maintain and it makes plenty of ice quickly. This summer will be better because of this. I use ice often and it’s great to make slushies with you favorite juice or whatever you need it for.

The i e machine is a lot smaller than i thought, but i love it! I only have it 4 stars because it doesn’t make a lot of ice at once but other than that it’s an easy set up and it’s aesthetically pleasing!
