I LOVE my ice machine. We bought this because the ice machine in our refrigerator broke and it makes enough ice for the three people in our house. The only reason I did not give it 5 out of 5 stars is that it has an annoying alarm that goes off every time the water tray is low or the ice tray is full. This can get really annoying since it is constantly making ice. I wish it had a silencing switch to turn off the alarm and only used the little indicator lights to let you know when you needed to add water.
Besides the alarm, this thing works like a champ!! I use the ice in all kinds of drinks and it is amazing. I am an ice chewer (I know it is bad for your teeth, but this is my one bad habit in life) and if you know how good “sonic ice” is then this is just bigger, softer versions of that. I totally recommend for any ice chewer in your life.
