So far it works and I like it. This machine was a replacement because the 1st one didn’t work. Because I like the style, I took a chance and requested a replacement. The cubes are nice and perfect and the features are nice too.

This ice machine doesn’t have ice melting off before you can use it like others on the market. It makes cubes not bullets or pebbles. The build quality is robust and seems like it will hold up for a while.

I am not impressed with this machine. SUPER LOUD!! There is no way to be able to keep it in the area I have it. It is SO loud and disruptive!
The ice is very decent but the water that makes the next batch splashes on the fresh ice. I was putting the made ice in an ice bag in the freezer. Later I went to use it and it was a frozen ball of ice. The water made it completely freeze together. Uugh.
It was easy to set up but I immediately wanted to sell or send it back. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I got tired of buying ice bags once or twice a week at $4 a piece. I was told these portable ice machines make tiny ice that melts in seconds. Not this unit. Pour water in and you get a decent size ice cube and about 10 minutes. I should have bought this a year ago and saved $$$
