Hagan caso a las reseñas malas, ni siquiera la tuve 3 meses y ya no hace ni un hielo. No la usaba a diario y la limpiaba seguido. Lo raro es que ni siquiera hubo algún ruido o algo para indicar que ya no funcionaba, solamente dejaron de salir hielos.
Qué lástima, aunque no sea un producto tan caro, hace relativamente poco se me cerró la ventana para devolver. Muy decepcionada de este producto.

I really wanted smaller ice but I was hesitant about paying more than double the price. I am so glad I did. We love this. It stays plugged in all the time and is our main source of ice. A couple times a day we dump it in the big bin in our freezer. It works out great. The ice is kept cold by the insulation so it doesn’t melt fast like you would think. Its dry and not soaking wet ice either. It does gradually melt and refreese but the ice never sits in water. It is not sonic ice like the description says. It’s little triangle like nuggets. They melt a bit faster than sonic ice but I am not disappointed at all. Perfect for eating, we have used in our cooler, also it works good in ice packs too. I posted some pics, and a video showing ice dropping. It constantly drops a piece or 3 and fills up fast. It gets much fuller than what you see in the pics. We emptied the bin and the pic with it backed up and off shows you how it looks in the mornings. If u move the ice around a little it will fill on up. We love it. We use more ice than the average person and this works great for us. Oh, and it makes normal ice maker sounds, no more than the one in our refrigerator made. If you are trying to pick one and struggling with all the different choices we love this one and I’ve been using it a few weeks now. Every kitchen needs one of these.

I absolutely loved this machine for about 9 months. However, it has now started producing black residue inside, which ends up in the ice—and I believe it’s making me nauseous. I’m deeply concerned about what might have been contaminating the ice over time.
Two days ago, the machine began emitting a very high-pitched squealing noise. I turned it off, waited, cleaned it again, and restarted it. While it made ice initially, a few hours later, as I was sleeping, the squealing returned. It has since stopped making ice because I had to turn it off to avoid the noise.
I clean the machine often, so I know that’s not the issue, and I use filtered water, so it’s not the water either.
After just 9 months, this machine is completely unusable. I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase; it didn’t even last a single year. To make matters worse, I can’t find a way to contact the manufacturer, even though it’s supposed to have a 1-year warranty.

I bought this for my grandmother and it worked amazing for the first 6 months; however, it randomly stopped working after 6 months.
I think it’s a great product. It makes ice quick, it’s not loud, very easy to use. My only concern was that it stopped working within having it a year; however, the customer service was very nice helpful and they’re sending a replacement at no cost. My grandmother uses this everyday and was so disappointed when it stopped working, but the customer service gave zero hassle. Would 100% recommend given the fact the product is amazing and the customer service is also amazing.
