I bought that equipment to serve ice at family and friends gatherings (14 -22 people max).
The ice maker barely made any ice!!! It would take for 4h to fill up the small basket!!
Moreover, the return is on your own expenses. I’ve paid about $120 for that! Not happy with the purchase.

The way you retrieve the ice is unsatisfactory. The basket almost falls out when getting ice. The basket handle is in the way. The ice falls to the back of the machine while you have it out to get the ice causing the water reservoir not to give any water.
