I was shipped a defective unit.. the box looked fine but it did not make ice… gave it a few days maaaybe somthing better would happen.. no.. noo it would not.. so returned it for a replacement because.. ALL I WANT IS FRIGIN ICE MAANN…. I was shipped a Newair Cigar Humidor.. I was like buttt.. butt ICE I WANT ICE DAMMIT… Go for a Return because of wrong product replace with new one.. AGAIN… “Cannot do only one in stock” BRROOOOO gimme ice man. I’m unhappy and ragefilled but if this happened to someone else I would laugh my ass off.. thus my review

Elle fonctionnait très bien mais là après seulement deux ans. Nous ne somme plus capable de la faire fonctionner… elle dit que le réservoir est vide mais pourtant il est plein !!

While it does a good job producing ice, the size cannot be adjusted, despite it being an option. The cubes are massive! The machine itself wouldn’t stop producing ice, it just overflowed the basket. We also didn’t have the sticker over the button telling us what the buttons were. I tried contacting the company, but they never responded.

It works just fine for the need to make ice constantly. Filling water is not a big deal for now considering the price. So far so good and good ice maker anyway.
