Ice is in fact the good nugget ice, fills fast, kind a droning hum but you don’t get the big crash every time it dumps the ice cubes. It’s more quiet than my last counter top ice machine. It makes enough ice to fill my 40oz cup in 15min or so but I use refrigerated water in the machine so it doesn’t have to cool it from room temp.
