This is very close to Chick-fil-A ice. You cannot beat the price compared to the other machines on the market. I did see a lot of people having issues for example, slushy ice coming out. That happened to me once and it was because it was too close to the wall so it’s getting too warm. Once I gave the vent some room, it went right back to working fine. I use this multiple times a day with no issues. I’m impressed!

I wasn’t sure when I purchased this how well it would make ice. I am impressed. The nuggets are what I would expect from a more expensive model. It is a little heavy, but I can move it using the handle if needed. I leave it on the counter and make enough ice to fill a gallon storage bag. I use an insulated cup and the ice doesn’t melt fast. The ice tastes just like my water. It makes ice quickly for my use. I am glad to not use ice trays anymore.

This is a great little ice maker. Fits perfectly onto my counter and makes perfect nugget ice.
However, it does require a bit of babysitting. The ice stacks up on one side and shuts off because it triggers the ice maker to think the ice is full. You just have to scoop it to the other side and hit the button and ice making will resume. The little basket of ice fills up fast in general. We then scoop it into ziplock bags and throw it in the freezer.
I would buy it again. It’s so much better than making ice with ice cube trays in the freezer. And everyone in my family loves the crunchy little nuggets of ice.

I’ve been addicted to Sonic since my pregnancy. Hated constantly paying for ice. Didn’t want to leave the house all the time for it also.
Easy setup and instructions. Super easy to use. Once you know all the parts it’s simple. Was not broken. You get really good clean ice. Not as quite crunchable right off bat, but if you let it sit for a minute and let it melt (only a minute or two) totally satisfying. This ice maker has been made excellent so far. Had for 2 or 3 months now and still works amazing. Well worth the purchase.

It makes nice ice pellets, but they are very small and melt super fast. The worst thing about the unit is that it’s super noisy and you have to drain it completely and run bleach through it once or twice a week. Those two things are just too much. When I addressed this with the seller there answer was a long complicated list of things to do to solve the noise problem. I was never helped after that. Because of a family emergency I was past the 30 day mark when I talked about my issues with the sellers, so I won’t get a refund. Just wanted to warn others don’t get this machine if you want a quiet, easy to use machine.
