Returning. Update: Return process and refund has been slow. I went ahead and ordered another one and I received it damage free. Been using it since 1/8/25 and it has performed flawlessly so far. This ice maker worked really well as directions said. We had 3 1/2 gallons zip bags of ice in about 6 hrs.then you just store some bags of ice in freezer the machine doesnt keep ice in basket. They will melt back into machine and just start making more ice if you dont empty the ice. Love the little nuggets. Machine is very quiet, and because it’s made in u.s. it came packaged very secure and manual booklet very simple to read. Big difference than recieving a pkg from U.S. and China. Love our little nuggets.
