I bought this mostly as a spoof for my husband and our dog who loves ice. They always empty the ice maker so I got this to supplement. The dog figured out in one day when the ice drops and my husband has not turned it off since he got it. It stays right on the kitchen counter and is super easy to use. It has already become a necessary tool in our kitchen – it never made it to the man cave. Excellent quality!

Icemaker.us.com won’t allow you to return this item, and to track down the manufactur online, will take at least a few days of searching…
I have both boxed up and sending them both back….pending their so called warranty.

Great design, hard to get the settings right. Make sure to cycle the first 6 to 10 batches because there is a plastic flavor at first. It does go away. Three noise level starts off low but after about a week it does get louder.

This unit makes 9 ice cubes in 8 minutes & it hardly uses any water. I’m pretty mechanically inclined but for the life of me, I can’t figure out how it makes so many ice cubes and use so little water. This is a fantastic machine and I am so very happy that I bought one. Thank you for making such a fine product. I put it in our butlers pantry and that’s where it is in the picture. It doesn’t take up a whole lot of room, but it’s a good idea to check the water once a day if you let it run 24 hours a day like I do.

The Jury is still out on this one. It seems like sometimes it will work almost too well by making so much more ice than the basket can hold, which forces a jam. While other times it allows the basket to become completely empty. Glad I bought the warranty.
