Just received this ice maker and making the first batch of ice – so far I LOVE it! The ice is perfect and it makes ice quick! It’s very quiet when it’s running as well. The unit is a bit larger than I expected but not so big it can’t fit on the counter in the corner or on a small shelf or wine fridge. If it has staying power I will absolutely love this ice maker!
After 6 months it’s is leaking. I have spent a month contacting the the company. At first they responded and I thought they were going to help. Then after a few emails, no longer responding to my emails. They don’t have a customer service number. So I am stuck with a $400 leaking ice machine I really like and want to use!
UPDATE: the company reached out and is sending a new machine. I am thrilled and can’t wait to receive it. I have received the confirmation, so it appears they have held up to their guarantee. This truly is a great machine and if they treat their customers this way from the beginning I would recommend buying from them.

GREAT: fast opal ice, direct connect to filtered water for auto fill, clean cycle, easy access for cleaning res. easy access to ice, drain tubes. This unit has put out some ice this month. still wisper quiet which is saying a lot as the other makers are big noise.

Owner Tip:
on the white plastic ice slide that slides the ice into the basket. take some clean parafin wax and lightly brush some on to the last part of the lip. the ice will not hang up there again and cause FULL indicator and stop. I learned this on another unit.

I absolutely love this ice maker. Easy to clean, makes ice fast, actually makes enough ice for a family of 6 and if you forget to fill water and runs out with in 5-10 mins it’s full again. It is a little big but still have room on counter. We loved it so much I got one for my grandson and daughter one.
