Everything was fine until 2nd month.
Make very loud grinding noise every hour for 2 min.
Tried troubleshooting with manufacture instructions but nothing worked. Outside of return policy so now stuck with loud POS.

It was originally bigger than I thought but it was a very good size. Makes ice super fast and doesn’t make a lot of noise. Very multifunctional, allows water filtering, water to be poured out onto the side, etc. There’s three modes of ice that you can pick from and they’re all great sizes. I didn’t know this but you don’t necessarily need a gallon of water, you can just pour water straight in. Instructions were easy to understand, had it ready in less than 15 minutes. Simple to pull out, comes with a scooper and everything.

This ice maker with water dispenser solves my issue with no ice/water from my refrigerator. It’s pretty compact and makes ice quick! Very easy to use.The water dispenser makes cold water too!!! I don’t recommend keeping ice maker on all the time. It makes ice very fast so use it on demand will save electricity.

I had hope for this machine as it had good reviews, fast shipping, and was well packaged. The directions are not difficult to understand but don’t provide you with enough information. After unpacking the machine and setting up, I allowed a full 24 hours to pass before plugging in and another 24 hours before adding water. It states that it accepts 2-5 gallon jugs so I attached a 5 gallon. I went to sleep woke up to a small puddle in my kitchen. At first I assumed it only leaked a bit even though the jug was now completely empty (I thought the water was just being stored in the machine) I waited for the “add water” indicator to come on before adding another 5 gallon jug. It only took 15 minutes for the jug to empty half way because the machine was spilling it all out! There’s no part in the instructions to ensure everything’s together properly nor are there any videos online for help! Other than the ice feature which seems to work fine, this product is not easy nor user friendly. The water also dispenses very slow and you have to push the button really hard for anything to come out.

The machine itself is beautiful, takes up very little space, is functionally stable and efficient. The surprise is that there is no annoying noise and it is a pleasure to have a cold drink at any time in the summer.

This counter top water cooler/ ice maker is definitely worth it!! It literally makes ice in minutes and you have 3 sizes of cubes to choice from. I can’t believe how fast it was making the ice and turned off to see how long ice would last and still have full box of ice next day and it keeps the water cold for drinking. A must have if you do any kind of family events because it truly does make ice in only minutes!!!

When I read the reviews upon purchasing, someone commented the ice maker broke. Ive had this product less that 1.5 years when the ice maker broke. It still makes ice, however the mechanism that pushed the ice into the ice tray broke and product support says they cant help due to the time passed. For the money, find something else. Or buy the extended warranty.
