Bought this to replace my original ice maker that failed after a 11 years. Received the unit and installed immediately. Within 4 hours its was making ice. The problem is it would make a popping noise about 12 times before dumping the ice. Call the company and they sent a replacement out immediately. Installed the second unit and that unit did the same thing as well. I was able to get a full refund for my purchases. The company has excellent customer service. I made a video and sent it to the company so they would understand the issues that some of you and I have had. Hoping they get the problem resolved, they’re really nice company to work with.

Ice maker stopped working. You just push the thumbtab , pull it it out and push in the new one. Doesnt even requirena high school education. Wait 12 hours and wala. Behold! Just one connector to push in. Ive had refrigerators with ice makers for 50÷ years never had one go bad. Friends or ours had theirs go bad. Same fix. Its like they are made to go bad. Product wash the best. Cheap fix.

I have purchased 2 of these from the same vendor. The teeth on the gears are flimsy and cause a loud popping noise when it runs. As the device runs more the teeth get brittle and break off rendering the device useless. I have 2 worthless broken ice makers now. One purchased in May 2023 and the other in September 2023. It is now February 2024. That is how long they last.

It makes ice like it should, but it makes a loud clicking noise. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement, but the replacement has the same issue. If you like a quiet ice maker then I’d suggest you purchase something else.
