I like the size and quality of the machine. Great for daily use. I save a container of ice in the freezer incase I don’t plan ahead. I start it while I’m cooking dinner and end up with large tumbler of ice to enjoy. Don’t get if you are expecting a bag of ice.

The description and pictures don’t say nugget ice. Don’t leave a bad review because YOU can’t read or see. It’s worked well in an office with no air and hot outside. Ice is made fast. Not sure what else you would want from a small ice machine? Works as it should. If something happens I will update my review. We’ve had it and been using it for a month and a half.

The icemaker is very easy to use and it works great in our travel trailer. I was surprised with the packaging. There was a large box that arrived in terrible condition because whoever packed it did not put anything in the box to stop the icemaker from sliding around. I was amazed that the box did not break open due to the poor packaging. Whoever packaged it needs some more training.

This machine is not the best. At first it seems to work great but after a month or so, it starts making ice cubs that are like 1/3 the size they should be. Usually if you restart it starts making them bigger again, but still a pain. Also the ice melts fast. And there js an orange film on the bottom of the water tank so it is not self cleaning lile it claims , you have to clean it at least weekly. I would return it if my return window wasn’t closed already
