   Don’t hesitate to purchase this ice maker! It is worth the money. It produces tons of ice quickly and keeps it in the basket for a long time before melting. This ice maker is extremely quiet compared to other ice makers we have had in the past. Extremely easy to use and will keep you in ice all day long! This is the second ice maker our family has had and it is by far the best one.

   I got this ice maker to replace a small Bullet ice maker that only made a very small amount of ice, so it was sometimes hit or miss as to whether there was enough for my morning ice coffee. I figured if I was going to upgrade to an ice maker with a larger capacity that I might as well have one that did the nugget ice.

   I had considered a well known competitor product, but I kept reading reviews on that one that indicated that many people were having issues with it. So i decided to go with this one, I got it on sale, so it was much less expensive than that well known competitor. I’ve had it for about 6 weeks now, and it does a fantastic job of producing all the ice that I need. I do not remove the ice from the machine for freezer storage, so it melts over time and makes more. It is quieter than the old bullet ice maker, and it is very solidly built, so it is quite heavy. All in all, I’m pretty happy with it and would recommend it.

   Beyond disgusted. This machine worked great the first bucket of ice, then it started squealing and making loud popping noises. I took the top off and found that the top holding area for water was full of green slimy mold. I cleaned that and used a medicine syringe to suction out the top hole. Disgustingly more dark green slime. Used a pipe cleaner on a spring to feed through the unseen water lines and again, more green slime. I use a filtering system on my water faucet so it’s not my water. The machine has too many areas holding water. I then took the metal freezing area apart and found yet again more snot looking goobers in the machine. Extremely gross and unsanitary machine. Rhis could possibly explain the stomach issues we have been having as we used ice from this machine all the time. We regularly used the cleaning cycle and kept it in a cool clean kitchen over 50 feet from any window. Very disappointed. Reporting this product to consumer services for possible recall.

   I bought thus for my wife in May of 2023, it’s now Feb 2024. I think a fan is going out on her machine, when it is on it is making a loud noise like bearings going out on a fan. For the price of this thing and no more then what it has been used, I would think it wouldn’t have any problems at all at this time. We have very hard water where I live, so we have only used bottled water in it, sense day 1!! Thinking our water would mess up the components inside it with all the calcium deposits it would have. However, instead one of the fans is making a loud noise like it’s going out. Recommend this product?? Yes, I would still recommend it, I think I may of just got one that has a flaw. It has been doing it for about 3 months now, I emailed customer support when it first started making the noise, I never heard back from them. I’m going to contact them again and see if I can get a reply this time. Other then that, it has been a good ice maker. If customer support contacts me back and I can get the parts to fix this I’ll change up rating and update my comment.

   Kind of noisy but nothing like the last machine I had that did bullet ice instead of nuggets (sonic ice). I love the fact that I can leave my ice in it all day and it won’t completely melt away. It melts some but not much. At the end of my day I transfer any ice still in the machine to the freezer. I highly recommend this ice maker.

   I love this ice machine!!!! You can hear it running, but it’s not loud. I have kids, so it’s probably the quickest thing in my house. Super easy to use, very fast ice machine. Highly recommend!

   Was great for awhile but slowly quit making ice. I clean the tank weekly. I make sure there is no restricted airflow, no build up of dust, the water is cool when it goes in. Less than 4 months and it has stopped working. It has worked less days that it has worked. When it works it amazing but with 4 kids who all need water bottles filled in the morning, it stinks when not a single ice cube is made. Would NOT purchase again!
