I purchased this ice maker as a new product, when I received the product it was obvious that it had been returned and wasn’t brand new, the cord was unwrapped, there was no shipping styrofoam or secure packaging, and no instruction manual. The plastic casing on the product was busted and pieces of it laying in the bottom of the box, it was obvious someone had just tossed it back in the box and returned it. At times I hav purchased items that have been returned but this time I had chosen and new item and it’s obvious this item isn’t new.
