Isn’t very loud. Makes ice fast if you use cold water. Easy to use and transport with the convient handle. The only thing I didn’t like it doesn’t shut off automatically when there is no water in it. Overall great machine and would buy again.

First and foremost, the machine needs to sit, level for 24 hours before first use. Also the first few batches of ice are kinda thin, but once it’s made 5 or 6 batches they’ll be normal size. Also if you use chilled water it helps tremendously.
It’s easy to operate, instructions are simple and user friendly. I got tired of filling and emptying ice trays and bought this. I’ve only had it a day, but it did what it was supposed to do, made beautiful ice.
One other thing. Because the ice isn’t made in the freezer it’s going to be slightly wet to the touch. So when you put it in the freezer for later use it’ll freeze together. I’d recommend putting the ice in big ziploc bags so you can break it up without making a mess or needing and ice pick.
This is a great little machine and it doesn’t have a large footprint. My airfryer is twice the size of this.
