I really love this ice for certain things … coolers are #1! This makes ice pretty quickly, but you need to be around as it fills up after about 30 minutes and then the ice melts quite quickly – the ice is very soft which is why it melts so fast. If you are thinking you would start a batch of ice and then go to the store, by the time you come back half of the ice will have melted together – so be there when you make it. Other than that – we love the ice, we love the softness, and we bag it and keep it for our coolers which is awesome!

It is slow making ice in the beginning. It made ice for one week and now it does not work anymore. For the value this ice maker is the worst. I don’t get others product reviews. I feel I got scammed on this product. I want a refund! $80.00 too much for non working product.

Pros: it makes cubes quickly, it fits in my small space
Cons: ice is constantly getting stuck, it heats up anything within 3 feet, by the time the ice basket is full the ice in the bottom half is melting cause ice to stick together when put in the freezer.
I would not recommend this ice maker if you use a lot of ice.
