Makes ice faster than even they say!!! Love it. Easy to use. Size is great. Not noisy. Functions great and quality is what I wanted. Had another manufacture’s machine and sent it back. Found a winner. Only thing is that you need to stay on it. If you make a small batch get them out in a reasonable amount of time. It’s ice and it melts! Not a fault of the product.

This ice machine is far more superior than other machines. The first reason is the ice lasts longer than those bullet Ice makers. It makes square cubes. Second is that the tray holds so much more ice versus other smaller ones. One thing I don’t like is that every now and then the ice doesn’t remove from the mold and it turns into one huge stuck chunk of ice that I have to chisel out. Overall spend the little extra and get something that’s more superior

I previously had a cheaper ice maker. Coast me about $80. And lasted a little over a year and a half. I was expecting this ice maker to be a lot better than the last one. I was dead wrong. Makes good ice here and there. I constantly have to turn it off to defrost it. The ice comes out in big blocks. Which I’m constantly having to break down into smaller pieces. This is the worst ice machine I’ve ever owned. Seriously not worth the price. There are cheaper ones in the market that work way better than this does. I’m very disappointed at this purchase. Ohh yea, I’ve only owned it for less than 2 weeks!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ICE MACHINE.

A great machine! Im glad I purchased this ice maker and I love that it’s not noisy at all. Functions just as it’s mentioned in the product description and holds a lot of ice! Would’ve given it five stars if the ice squares came out separately instead of all joined together; it’ll take more than using the plastic scoop to separate the thick blocks but I don’t wanna take a chance in damaging my machine with a metal object so we separate after removing the ice from the machine.

Works great no problems. Instructions didn’t seem clear so I called the company and they were very helpful. I was afraid I might have damaged it because I overlooked the part where you are supposed to let it sit upright for 24 hours for the freon to settle so I used it right away but it’s all good. Brought it so I didn’t have to hook up ice maker in fridge. Works faster when the water is colder to start.
