I loved the idea of this product but the reality was not something I wanted to deal with. It was fairly loud as it processed the cubes. Also, if you didn’t get the 2 servings of ice out of the cup right away it would begin to melt. I wasn’t expecting to babysit for the ice I needed.

I love that this doesn’t make bullet ice. It was really hard to find an ice maker that made anything else. This one works great, makes ice really quickly and after using it for months I’ve had absolutely no problems with it at all. The only thing that could use some improvement is the amount of noise it makes. It’s not unbearably loud but u definitely notice how loud it is. For the money tho it’s well worth every penny I paid and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a counter top ice maker.

I tried the accieto ice maker and not only did it stop working in 2 days but the ice was also hard cylinders. This is maker is so much closer to the ice you’d get at sonic. A lot softer and chewable. So far it’s been cranking out ice very fast – still early so I’ll update if any reliability issues come up!

So excited to find this ice maker!! So many claim they have nugget ice and they end up being these huge bullet pieces of ice BUT NOT THIS!! This is the closest to the infamous nugget ice I’ve seen!! Perfectly price that I grabbed TWO. Works great. Not too loud. Only wish it would beep when the water runs out. Otherwise perfect purchase!!
