My old ice maker gave out so I ordered this one. Does the same as my old one but is priced way less. First impression: plastic tray inside seems flimsy. However, hooked it up and started using it. Easy. It has held up great to the abuse it receives everyday. I’ve been using it a couple of months now. Four adults and one kid getting ice all day long. It does make the ice quick. Sometimes some family members forget to add water so I appreciate how quick I can get ice. I’ve had no problems with it leaking or clogging. I’ve used spring water, purified water, and tap well water. Whatever’s on hand. I also haven’t noticed it being noisy.

One of the worst ice machines I’ve ever used. Made one round of half filled ice cubes(water tank full and on large setting) and would turn off and say not enough water! Smells like a sneaker store. The cleaning cycle was long, noisy and did nothing but pull random pieces of plastic out into the water. The water plug is impossible to put back on too. The size and look is nice but means nothing if it’s not going to work. App is very hard to use too.

This is perfect as my family loves to use ice with our beverages! It’s also convenient to have as we can taking it outside when we are having a barbecue or perfect for tailgating as it’s doesn’t take up much space.
