Ordered in Feb 2020 and install in October 2020. Love the no drain feature. Makes lots of noise which guest often mention. Must be thawed often. Developed a melting ice problem in June 2021 (9 months after started using). Ice in bucket and under bucket melts and runs into floor in front of unit. Have notified manufacturer and will see how they will handle this problem. Extra ice is nice but expected better quality. Maybe my machine was faulty in manufacturing and that is the reason for the noise and quick demise.
Will update this review after manufacturer has resolved this problem and let you know if I received a solution or lost my money.

worked for a short time,(few weeks) then water would not flow into the tray, it would miss the trough, and spill into the storage bucket and the floor. did all the trouble shooting in the manual but did not help, have to throw it out and find something more reliable!
