The ice maker was first delivered with hidden shipper damage and was returned easily for credit. Replacement was ordered and received in good condition. Easy to install and get going. Dumps 55 full sized cubes every 11 minutes until bin is sensed full. Stainless steel exterior has a polished finish so don’t expect it to match modern satin finished SS appliances. Installed mine in a storage room so finish is not an issue. Great icemaker for the delivered sale price ($424), but when emptying a completely full holding bin I am lucky to fill just over two 10-pound size ice bags. For the price, I’m not concerned and am very happy with it’s first 2 week performance.
