When we first purchased the item, it was so loud we had to put it downstairs in order to have a conversation in the kitchen. We liked the way it worked, but sadly it only worked for about three weeks before it would no longer produce ice. Icemaker.us.com gave me a credit, but did not refund my money to my credit card.

Item received quickly and well-packaged. However it is definitely not brand new. The blue plastic wrap was removed, the stainless steel is covered in finger prints and grime, and the ice scoop was not included. It has to stand upright for two hours so we’ll see if it works.
