The best thing about this ice maker is that it was exactly what it said it was. It makes soft small ice (which is why I purchased it), quickly as promised. It is easy to fill the maker with water. The other asset of this maker is the fact that I can take it with me when we traveled for a long period. It is also not very loud but loud enough that you know it’s running. I cleaned it when it came per instructions and it was easy to do. I would definitely buy this ice machine again.

I emailed the seller several weeks ago for support and have received no response. The machine started making loud grinding noises 2 months after purchase and now produces no ice at all. I’ve cleaned it and followed the instructions but nothing has worked. I loved it while it worked so I’m super disappointed!
